Transport conditions
1. General Information
All orders placed with WaveRide Club / ACTION YACHTS d.o.o. are delivered in accordance with these terms. By confirming your order, you agree to the rules outlined below.
Our products are carefully packed and shipped via trusted logistics partners (DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, Hrvatska pošta, etc.).
2. Delivery Area

Standard deliveries: Republic of Croatia and all EU member states.

Deliveries outside the EU: handled individually upon agreement at info@actionyachts.eu.
3. Delivery Times

Croatia: 2–5 business days (usually 1–2 days for in-stock items).

EU: 5–10 business days (depending on the country and carrier).

Rest of Europe: 3–10 days, longer for remote destinations.
For items marked “out of stock,” delivery times may be longer (up to several weeks). We will always inform you by email about the expected delivery date.
4. Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping applies to selected products (especially eFoil sets):

Croatia: €280

Zone 1 – €500: Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Serbia

Zone 2 – €800: Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Switzerland
If your country is not listed, the shipping price will be calculated individually during checkout.
Customs and Taxes

EU: no customs duties apply, only VAT according to applicable regulations.

Outside the EU: the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and local taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
5. Receipt of Goods
All shipments require a signature upon delivery (due to the high value of goods).
We recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the package.
The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported the same day.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment of acceptance of the shipment (upon delivery or personal pickup).
7. Change of Address
If you need to change the delivery address and the shipment has not yet been dispatched, please contact us within 48 hours at info@actionyachts.eu.
8. Loss or Damage of Shipment
In case of loss or damage, please contact us immediately. We will handle the matter with the carrier and provide full support.
